Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. If a boutique firm is the wrong tool for your situation, we'll tell you that and point you somewhere better.

Book a 30-minute call

Pick a time that works. We'll ask what you're trying to fix, roughly how large the organisation is, and what has already been tried.

Prefer email? info@techvisory.co.in — a paragraph describing the problem is enough to get a useful reply.

What to include

The more of this you can give us up front, the more useful the first conversation is:

  • The problem, in operational terms. "Our compliance review queue takes eleven days" is more useful than "we want to explore AI."
  • Size and sector. Headcount, revenue band, and whether you operate under regulatory supervision.
  • What's already been tried. Pilots that stalled are useful information, not something to hide — knowing where it stopped usually identifies the blocker straight away.
  • Who would own it internally. If the answer is "nobody yet," that's worth knowing before anything is scoped.

What happens next

30 min
A structured conversation about the problem, not a capability presentation.
48 hrs
A written note on whether we think an assessment is the right next step, and what it would cover.
No fee
Neither the call nor the note is chargeable. Scoping is not billable work.

When we'll say no

We turn down work that a different kind of firm would do better — multi-country programmes needing an enterprise compliance bench, engagements requiring very large parallel teams, and straightforward vendor tool rollouts where a certified implementation partner is cheaper and faster. Saying that at the first call costs us a proposal and saves you a quarter. More on how we work →
