AI training and enablement

Deloitte found that 84% of companies have deployed AI without redesigning any of the work around it. That gap is a training problem long before it is a technology problem.

Our team has trained over a thousand professionals — including a generative AI bootcamp designed from scratch and delivered to more than 1,200 employees inside a global technology consultancy.

The approach came out of tool adoption work rather than academia, and it shows in the design. Abstract instruction produces people who can pass a quiz. Instruction anchored in the learner's own daily problems produces people who use the thing the following week. We spend the preparation time understanding what your teams actually do, then build the examples from that.

Programmes

Generative AI for business teams

What language models can and cannot do, where they fail, how to prompt them usefully, and — importantly for regulated firms — what staff must never put into one. Half a day to two days, aimed at people who will use AI rather than build it.

Generative AI for technical teams

LLM fundamentals, retrieval augmented generation, evaluation, agent patterns, and the architectural decisions that separate a demo from a system. For engineers and data teams who will maintain what gets built.

Python and data science

From fundamentals through to machine learning implementation and deployment. Programmes run from 20 to 160 hours depending on starting point and depth, with practical exercises rather than derivations — the emphasis is on concepts and where to apply them.

Analytics tooling

Self-service analytics platform training, including Alteryx from basics through apps and macros, plus adoption programmes for teams rolling a new tool out across a business.

AI governance for leadership

A briefing for boards and executive teams on model risk, the emerging regulatory landscape, and the questions leadership should be asking about AI systems already running in their organisation.

How programmes are built

  • Theory first, but only as much as needed — enough grounding to reason about new situations, not enough to write a paper
  • Worked examples from your sector — drawn from your workflows and adjacent industries, so the relevance is obvious
  • Application — exercises using your own data patterns and problems, because that is where knowledge becomes practice

Delivery is live, in cohorts, remote or on site. Programmes include topic-wise challenges, assessment design, and where useful, mock technical interviews and one-to-one guidance for individual participants.

Curriculum and content development

For training providers, edtech platforms and internal academies, we build the material rather than deliver it: course design and sequencing, technical writing, assessment and MCQ design, and challenge sets. This is the same design capability applied to someone else's delivery.

Enablement is included in every advisory and build engagement rather than sold afterwards as a fix for low adoption. If your team cannot run the system, we have not finished.
